Return and Refund Policy

At Verde & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

Returns:

- You can return any unused or unopened product within 30 days of delivery
- Please contact us to initiate the return process
- We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned product

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product
- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the product, minus any original shipping costs

Exchanges:

- If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size, scent, or product, please contact us.
- We'll provide a store credit for the full amount of the original product, which can be used towards a new purchase

Exceptions:

- Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
